You can Experience it All

As an owner, you’ll be able to enjoy all resort amenities. There’s an indoor pool including a whirlpool and sauna. Kids will enjoy an indoor play facility and outdoor playground. There will be a renovated and refurbished Activity Center with fitness center, games room, children’s play area, library, lounge with fireplace, and more. Currently there is an indoor pool, games room, indoor childrens' play area, and outdoor playground. Outside you can relax on the sandy beach, play tennis, hike, nature-watch or anything else you’re inspired to do. We have 3 tennis courts. There are many golf courses in the immediate area. You can canoe, kayak, paddleboat and go fishing. In winter, there’s snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, skating, and tubing. Downhill skiing is minutes away.

Ownership has its Privileges

Your ownership will be in perpetuity. You can sell your share, transfer it to someone else, or leave it to your heirs.
